About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior level roles, from kickoff through offer
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs
  • Source talent through LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates against the requirements of each role
  • Use Greenhouse ATS and related tools to manage candidate activity, workflows, and interview coordination
  • Build and maintain pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles
  • Provide a responsive, professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Keep hiring teams informed with updates, feedback, and practical recommendations
  • Support offer processes, pre-employment steps, and recruiting operations as needed
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records and process documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience with a consistent track record of offer acceptances for a variety of roles
  • Experience recruiting in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a similar industry is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse ATS experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and engage passive talent
  • Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with sound judgment
  • Ability to build credibility with hiring managers and partner effectively with the business
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
