About the role

  • Responsibility for the development and continuous improvement of our digital products.
  • Define, prioritize and maintain the product backlog in close collaboration with the development team.
  • Write user stories and tickets for conceptual and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product strategy and vision.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth communication between teams and departments.
  • Collaborate and coordinate closely with UX and UI design to ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Conduct usability tests with our customers to validate new features and optimize the user experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management, ideally in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital products and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer focus and empathy.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • English skills are a plus.
