About the role

  • You take responsibility for the design and development of our new digital wholesale solution.
  • You develop ordering modules that are directly connected to the Cannaleo inventory management system (ERP).
  • You create a central access point for wholesalers to the product database so that product data can be maintained efficiently.
  • You define real-time sales/turnover statistics and oversee the technical implementation of the data.
  • You ensure that interfaces to wholesalers' ERP systems comply with standards and operate reliably.
  • You work closely with our internal development team as well as external partners.
  • You prioritize requirements, define backlogs, and accompany implementation from concept through to rollout.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in product management, ideally in logistics, wholesale, supply chain, or pharma/healthcare software.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, interfaces, and ERP systems.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.
  • High level of initiative and enthusiasm for proposing and driving product ideas.
  • Structured working style, strong communication skills, and the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
  • Interest in the medical cannabis market and digital solutions within regulated industries.
