About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Friendly, knowledgeable and service-oriented advice to our customers
  • Active selling and support in customers' purchasing decisions
  • Handling point-of-sale transactions and ensuring accurate payments
  • Merchandising, restocking and attractive product presentation
  • Support with stock organization and inventory counts
  • Participation in sales promotions and product displays
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming store appearance
  • Adherence to internal procedures, quality standards, and safety and hygiene guidelines
  • Close collaboration with the team and store management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ideally some experience in retail or customer service
  • Friendly, open and professional manner
  • Strong service orientation and enjoyment in working with customers
  • Reliable, structured and careful work approach
  • Team player with a sense of responsibility
  • Basic numeracy skills
  • Flexibility in working hours (including evenings and weekends)
  • Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
