About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will support marketing holistically with a focus on sustainable organic growth and robust tracking.
  • SEO & Content: keyword and topical architecture, briefing content, on-page/technical SEO, structured data, internal linking, quality control of content (guides/FAQs/landing pages).
  • Performance Marketing: operational setup and maintenance of campaigns (Google Ads/Meta), testing roadmap, budget oversight, reporting (CPA/ROAS/CR).
  • Web & Analytics: event measurement via GTM (including Consent Mode), GA4 or Umami, consistent UTM standards, dashboards/reports (e.g., Looker Studio).
  • Website Operations: coordination with development/design (e.g., WordPress/Headless), A/B testing, conversion optimization, monitoring Core Web Vitals.
  • Social Media & CRM: editorial calendar, organic posts, paid ads, newsletter flows (e.g., Brevo/HubSpot), segmentation and automations.
  • Stakeholder Management: coordination with internal teams and selected agencies/freelancers – pragmatic, structured, deadline-oriented.
  • Compliance & Quality: HWG-compliant messaging (German Medicines Advertising Act), data protection standards, and a responsible tone for sensitive health topics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing (SEO/Performance/Content), ideally in healthcare, e‑commerce, or another regulated environment.
  • SEO fundamentals: information architecture, technical SEO, content ops; proven organic growth projects.
  • Performance expertise: campaign setup, testing logic, understanding of attribution, routine in KPI reporting.
  • Tracking competence: GTM/consent frameworks, GA4 or Umami; clean event models and UTM discipline.
  • Web affinity: comfortable collaborating with dev/design teams; hands‑on WordPress experience; basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus.
  • Communication: very good German (C1/C2), good English; meticulous and reliable working style.
  • Nice to have: experience with telemedicine/pharmacy processes, PR/thought leadership, server‑side tracking.
