• Join client calls to understand unique customer workflows and business requirements
• Ideate and architect solutions for implementing Candor's healthcare data into client systems
• Serve as the technical expert explaining our API, flat file exports, and UI capabilities to customers
• Maintain and update the comprehensive data dictionary and documentation
• Set up and configure custom data exports tailored to individual client needs
• Implement last-mile technical solutions to ensure seamless data integration for clients
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, coordinating across internal engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements
• Provide technical consultation during the sales process and post-implementation support
• Stay up-to-date on healthcare data standards and client integration best practices
• Create clear technical documentation, integration guides, and solution proposals for stakeholders
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution to customer technical challenges
