Solutions Engineer

• Work directly with our Sales team to pitch and close our largest and most strategic enterprise prospects by mapping their business objectives and revenue cycle challenges to Candid's capabilities
• Craft and deliver engaging demonstrations that showcase the impact of Candid's solutions
• Conduct detailed ROI Analysis for potential prospects in order to present valuable insights on what Candid's product can offer
• Partner with our Product, Delivery, and RCM teams to understand prospective customer pain points, and assist in crafting the implementation plan for new customers
• Educate and enable our Sales team to deeply understand the value proposition and capabilities of our product, empowering them to sell more effectively and confidently
• Build a team that is passionate about architecting impactful solutions that deliver real value in healthcare
