About the role
- Work directly with our Sales team to pitch and close our largest and most strategic enterprise prospects by mapping their business objectives and revenue cycle challenges to Candid's capabilities
- Craft and deliver engaging demonstrations that showcase the impact of Candid's solutions
- Conduct detailed ROI Analysis for potential prospects in order to present valuable insights on what Candid's product can offer
- Partner with our Product, Delivery, and RCM teams to understand prospective customer pain points, and assist in crafting the implementation plan for new customers
- Educate and enable our Sales team to deeply understand the value proposition and capabilities of our product, empowering them to sell more effectively and confidently
- Build a team that is passionate about architecting impactful solutions that deliver real value in healthcare
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Consulting and/or Pre-Sales Engineering position working with highly complex and customizable products/implementations
- Strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with Sales teams to articulate value and drive customer acquisition.
- Experience in healthcare technology space, particularly within revenue cycle management and understanding of key performance indicators, is a significant plus.
