About the role
- Prepare and manage weekly sales forecasts
- Produce monthly bookings and pipeline reports
- Create and maintain standard and ad-hoc sales reports
- Support the sales team with data analysis, insights, and reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sales systems
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to improve visibility into performance
- Assist with process improvements and reporting automation where possible
Requirements
- Advanced experience with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, data management)
- Strong working knowledge of sales tools such as Gong, SalesLoft, Gainsight, or similar platforms
- Proven experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, data analysis)
- Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
