Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of complex programs and initiatives
Ensure programs integrate evidence-based approaches that address emotional, social, and practical needs
Collaborate with internal teams, Network Partners, and stakeholders to implement and expand programs
Oversee the integration and training of Community Health Workers
Strengthen program delivery through oversight of reporting, contracts, and budget tracking
Provide leadership and supervision to staff, consultants, and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in social or behavioral sciences (e.g., Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or a related health services or social science field)
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in psychosocial program development and management
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously
Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, timeline management, budget oversight, and resource stewardship
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Experience with project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com)
CITI training certificate, or completion of CITI training within 3 months of hire, required
