About the role
- Responsible for planning and execution of signature fundraising events
- Manage day-to-day event operations and partnership activation
- Ensure strong financial performance and elevate brand visibility
- Generate event-based partnership revenue
- Oversee signature event portfolio generating approximately $500K annually
- Collaborate with the Development team
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in nonprofit development
- Demonstrated success in event fundraising
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficiency with donor CRM systems (e.g., Virtuous, Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge)
- Experience with event and fundraising platforms (e.g., BetterUnite, Classy, or similar tools)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
