About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides leadership, guidance, and support for staff initiatives
Manages and maintains the organization’s HRIS
Collaborates with the President and organizational leaders to investigate staff complaints
Manage biweekly and monthly payroll processing for the U.S. and Canada
Works with third parties to align plan designs with the company’s needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources
Talent Acquisition including writing job ads and conducting interviews
Payroll Processing and Reporting
Employee Relations including difficult conversations, employee engagement
Benefits Administration including but not limited to health benefits, 401(k), STD, and LTD.
Performance Management including annual review cycles
