About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop the Business Analyst team across DACH, BENELUX, CZ-SK, and Romania/Hungary.
- Define team priorities, objectives, and analytical standards.
- Coach, mentor, and develop analytical talent across the organization.
- Build a strong analytical community and promote best practices, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Own the B&CE business performance review framework, ensuring consistent reporting and KPI governance across all markets.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership.
- Provide strategic analysis and recommendations on subscriber growth, retention, churn, customer value, portfolio performance, content consumption, and commercial initiatives.
- Act as the primary business counterpart for the Central Data teams in France and Poland.
- Support major strategic initiatives, business transformations, and growth projects across B&CE.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategy, or Performance Management.
- Proven experience managing analytical teams in an international and multicultural environment.
- Strong track record of partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions through data.
- Strong expertise in business performance analysis and KPI frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI and analytics tools.
- Excellent SQL skills.
- Strong understanding of subscription business models, customer lifecycle management, CRM, retention, and revenue optimization.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Must be fluent in English. Additional European languages are considered an asset.
