About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in the various projects of the SI PUB team to meet the needs of CANAL+ INTERNATIONAL advertising operations colleagues.
Gather user requirements to improve IT tools.
Test and validate new software features developed by our vendor before deployment.
Contribute to the creation of communication materials to inform users on the progress of different projects (FR & EN).
Support the development of the SI PUB system internationally.
Provide user support: assistance with application usage, account management, administration, and tool configuration.
Collaborate with the teams responsible for the CRM tool.
Maintain and develop a BI dashboard consolidating data from our systems.
Serve as a primary point of contact for external, business, and technical partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have at least a Bac +4 level (equivalent to a Master’s degree or currently pursuing one).
You have a strong command of English.
You are comfortable speaking and have a strong customer focus and good interpersonal skills.
You enjoy working on multiple projects in parallel, tracking project progress, and are therefore organized and rigorous.
You are curious and eager to grow in an international development environment and support new colleagues.
