About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate job requisitions
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Utilize recruitment tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Database
- Participate in and support special projects in collaboration with HR Ops and other stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4+ years of corporate high volume recruitment experience
- Banking recruitment experience
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems/HRIS systems
- Workday experience a strong asset
