Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners

Participate in and support special projects in collaboration with HR Ops and other stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4+ years of corporate high volume recruitment experience
Banking recruitment experience
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
Strong communication skills
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems/HRIS systems
Workday experience a strong asset
