About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate distribution, warehousing and transportation operations with logistics operators and carriers;
Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs and operational KPIs;
Manage inventory control processes, cycle counts and physical inventories;
Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve operational discrepancies;
Act as the primary interface between logistics, sales, customer service, finance and logistics partners;
Ensure proper execution of end-to-end logistics processes;
Establish controls, governance and documentation for the department's processes;
Monitor KPIs for warehousing, transportation, inventory and service levels;
Manage logistics suppliers, carriers and 3PL operators;
Support continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction and increased operational efficiency;
Serve as a SAP key user for logistics processes;
Support automation projects, system integrations and process standardization;
Manage operational risks and lead action plans to mitigate impacts;
Support and develop the logistics team, ensuring alignment of routines and deliverables;
Visit distribution centers and oversee inventory activities when necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field;
Previous experience coordinating logistics operations, warehousing or distribution;
Experience managing distribution centers (DCs), logistics operators and carriers;
Solid knowledge of SAP applied to logistics processes;
Experience with inventory management, cycle counts and inventory accuracy;
Knowledge of WMS and TMS;
Experience managing operational KPIs and monitoring SLAs;
Experience in continuous improvement, process governance and operational control;
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
Availability for occasional travel to distribution centers;
Intermediate to advanced English for interaction with global teams.
