About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- maximize solar self consumption
- reduce grid independence
- empower homeowners with clean energy independence
- sell and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- generate, manage, and close opportunities independently
- lead a small team of excellent Salespeople
- bring and expand a strong portfolio of installer and distribution network
- deliver outstanding service and build long-term trust and loyalty
- develop and execute strategic sales & business plans
- confidently communicate the value proposition of storage solutions
- collaborate closely with internal teams
- act as the face of the company at industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- experience in sales
- proven ability to sell
- strong personal network
- good leadership experience
- passion for delivering customer excellence
- fluent in Italian and English
