Counselor

• Provide biopsychosocial support for individuals living with serious mental illness and/or addiction issues.
• Deliver assessment and treatment planning, community counselling, and referral services.
• Collaborate with clients and their support network to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct formal mental health and addiction assessments and short-term crisis counseling.
• Engage in community awareness, education and outreach as designated and appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records of each client contact.
• Adhere to policies and protocols as outlined in the Human Resource and Procedure Manual.
