About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work inbound leads across one or more practice areas
- Understand each prospect's situation, position the right service, handle objections, and close
- Carry a revenue target and the autonomy to hit it
- Delivering a standout client experience making sure the clients feel understood
- Collaborate with product and engineering team to automate intake, qualification, and follow-up
- Use AI tools in daily tasks for research, preparation, and follow-up
- Build scripts, playbooks, and training materials to assist ramping up new hires
Requirements
What you’ll need- You've carried a quota and beaten it
- You're persuasive, clear, and concise
- You thrive on volume
- You can run a high-quality conversation in minutes
- Immigration experience is a plus, not a prerequisite
- You've used Claude, ChatGPT, and the tools built on them
- You've thought seriously about what they mean for sales
- You don't need to write code, but you think in funnels
- You want ownership, speed, and impact
- Bonus: outward chops may benefit this role
