About the role
- Review, investigate and adjudicate healthcare and dental claims in Canada
- Place telephone calls to healthcare and dental providers
- Make accurate payment decisions in accordance with adjudication procedures

Requirements
- Bilingualism (proficiency in French and English) is required
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Must be able to manage high volumes of work with a high level of accuracy
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Proven organizational skills
- Candidate must be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable team member with strong attendance
- Customer-service oriented
- Reliability rating and security clearance required
