About the role

  • Partner with business leaders and Learning Strategy Consultants to uncover learning needs and craft solutions that drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex concepts and transform them into engaging, interactive learning experiences.
  • Design and develop dynamic learning materials, online courses, videos, job aids, coaching guides, using cutting-edge tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Vyond.
  • Create activities and resources that spark curiosity, encourage participation, and help learners retain critical information.
  • Ensure all content is accessible and inclusive, following WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
  • Manage timelines, reviews, and production schedules to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain organized digital assets and documentation for seamless collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience designing impactful learning programs in a corporate environment.
  • Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Canva, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Vyond, MS Office).
  • A creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG 2.2 compliance is an asset.
