About the role

  • Assist higher education clients in strengthening their human resources operations
  • Serve as an interim CHRO/Director or Interim Head of HR
  • Lead a Business Process Review project
  • Optimize HRIS system
  • Collaborate with clients to evaluate current processes, design future-state optimal processes, and to architect, develop, test, train, and rollout technical solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a senior-level Human Resources professional in a higher education institution
  • Prior work in a college or university as a CHRO, Vice President of Human Resources, AVP of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Director of Payroll, or Human Resource Business Analyst working with ERP/CRM products
  • Experience with a higher education ERP system (e.g., Ellucian Colleague, Banner, Jenzabar, Workday)
  • Experience assessing human resources/payroll operations and making recommendations for process improvement
  • Solid leadership skills, including facilitating diverse groups, creating consensus building and preparing the organization for change and ongoing continuous improvement
  • Demonstration of superior communication skills and the ability to provide a consultative approach to end clients
