About the role
- Assist higher education clients in strengthening their human resources operations
- Serve as an interim CHRO/Director or Interim Head of HR
- Lead a Business Process Review project
- Optimize HRIS system
- Collaborate with clients to evaluate current processes, design future-state optimal processes, and to architect, develop, test, train, and rollout technical solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a senior-level Human Resources professional in a higher education institution
- Prior work in a college or university as a CHRO, Vice President of Human Resources, AVP of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Director of Payroll, or Human Resource Business Analyst working with ERP/CRM products
- Experience with a higher education ERP system (e.g., Ellucian Colleague, Banner, Jenzabar, Workday)
- Experience assessing human resources/payroll operations and making recommendations for process improvement
- Solid leadership skills, including facilitating diverse groups, creating consensus building and preparing the organization for change and ongoing continuous improvement
- Demonstration of superior communication skills and the ability to provide a consultative approach to end clients
