About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain the community’s physical condition both inside and out
- Promote resident satisfaction through first-class customer service
- Handle all requests in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems
- Proficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems
- Proficient working knowledge of basic plumbing systems
- Experience with make-ready unit preparation
- Construction skills including sheetrock patching, texture, painting, flooring, and carpentry
- Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems
