About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver first-class customer service to prospects and residents.
Handle resident requests promptly and professionally.
Create a welcoming and professional office environment.
Assist with maintaining and improving property curb appeal and cleanliness.
Support Managers in developing and executing annual marketing plans.
Conduct daily follow-ups with all prospects and close leases.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property and competitive market.
Collaborate with Managers to meet occupancy targets.
Ensure office and common areas are clean and professional.
Assist team members and support after-hours emergencies as needed.
Ensure all online presence is current and engaging.
Assist in planning and managing resident functions and community events.
Network with local housing professionals to stay informed of market trends.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two to Three years in a sales or customer service role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and analytical skills.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to market and sell the community.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.
