About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver first-class customer service to prospects and residents.
- Handle resident requests promptly and professionally.
- Create a welcoming and professional office environment.
- Assist with maintaining and improving property curb appeal and cleanliness.
- Support Managers in developing and executing annual marketing plans.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with all prospects and close leases.

- Ensure office and common areas are clean and professional.
- Assist team members and support after-hours emergencies as needed.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Two to Three years in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to market and sell the community.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.
