About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the Property Manager in cultivating a motivated, high-performing team.
- Driving leasing efforts to achieve and maintain target occupancy (goal: 99%).
- Actively conducting outreach marketing on campus and with local businesses.
- Delivering first-class service to residents, prospects, and parents.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in property management software.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata.
- Familiarity with both market-rate and LIHTC programs is a plus.
- Understanding and adherence to Fair Housing and EEO laws.
