About the role

  • Staff Development & Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team that embodies the values and culture of CL&S.
  • Property Administration: Oversee daily operations, including leasing, maintenance, customer service, and vendor management.
  • Financial Performance: Maintain occupancy rates and maximize Net Operating Income.
  • Customer Experience & Sales: Lead the development and execution of an annual marketing plan and track daily/weekly leasing goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and property management software (Entrata preferred).
  • Working knowledge of market rate and LIHTC programs, Fair Housing Laws, and EEO laws.
  • Strong skills in staff recruitment and development, financial management, marketing strategy, scheduling, and operational oversight.
