IT Lead Analyst – HCM, Workday Talent Management and Learning

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and implementation of Workday Talent Management and Workday Learning Management system.
- Play a critical role overseeing the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to understand talent management and learning requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and architect solutions using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other reporting tools while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements, oversee deployment of system upgrades, and propose innovative solutions to optimize the performance management process, drive automation, and improve user experience.
- Lead configuration of Workday security segments, user-based security groups, role-based security, etc.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Workday learning application, providing technical support and recommendations for improvements, and troubleshooting LMS-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configuration, design documents, process workflows, testing plans, and implementation guides.
- Monitor Workday Talent and Learning applications performance, provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay current with Workday updates in Talent and LMS and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and enhancements to existing applications.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Sciences, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Will accept a combination of degrees/education/diplomas determined by a qualified and professional evaluation service to be the equivalent of the required bachelor's degree.
- Requires 5 years of experience as an IT Lead Analyst HCM - Workday Talent Management and Learning or in a related role/capacity engaged in design, development, and deployment of Workday functionality.
- Requires 5 years of experience in Workday HCM design and configurations including performance management, learning management, reporting, and security.
- Requires 3 years of experience utilizing HR processes, data structures, and best practices in HRIS integrations and reporting.
- Requires 3 years of experience utilizing problem-solving skills to diagnose and propose effective solutions for Workday integrations related to performance management and learning.
- Requires 3 years of experience in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Requires 2 years of experience utilizing project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
