  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks using modern tools
  • Integrate automation seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines, championing a shift-left testing approach
  • Explore and incorporate AI-driven testing solutions and next-gen automation tools
  • Ensure robust automation across multi-cloud environments and diverse application stacks
  • Coach and upskill manual QA engineers into proficient automation engineers
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and collaboration within the QA team
  • Conduct code reviews, share best practices, and maintain high standards of automation quality
  • Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy covering functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
  • Deliver executive-friendly automation reports highlighting key metrics
  • Drive data-informed decisions to continuously improve testing efficiency and product quality
  • Partner with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in software QA automation with proven expertise in tools like Playwright, Postman, Selenium
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Playwright using JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Ability to read, debug, and enhance existing Playwright automation code
  • Demonstrated experience with API testing (Postman preferred)
  • Strong understanding of modern automation concepts, CI/CD integration, and shift‑left practices
  • Experience mentoring or leading QA engineers in automation
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, RESTful services, and modern SDLC processes.
