About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own supply planning across ANZ, balancing availability, inventory, and cost.
Manage copacking, coordinate suppliers, and keep stock flowing through our network with minimal disruption.
Plan and manage inventory across ANZ warehouses
Own copacking & relabelling activities (incl. LTOs/imports)
Raise and track purchase orders with local & global suppliers
Monitor stock levels, reconcile daily, and act on low cover risks
Coordinate with freight forwarders and vendors on inbound supply
Analyse inventory and support decisions on stock levels & service
Manage SLOB (slow-moving & obsolete inventory)
Support production planning and network replenishment
Maintain reporting and share clear insights with stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in supply planning / purchasing / supply chain (FMCG preferred)
Exposure to importation and supplier coordination
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
SAP / IBP exposure is a plus
