About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sales (volume, value and distribution) of Campari France portfolio brands among on-trade (bars, restaurants and hotels), winemakers, distributors and Cash & Carry, while complying with procedures and commercial policy.
  • Build a sustainable customer base of on-trade accounts and independent winemakers through concrete action plans and promotional programs.
  • Develop local business with distributors and Cash & Carry, in line with national agreements approved by the National Accounts Directorate.
  • Ensure implementation of the Sales Action Plan (PAR) and guarantee optimal use and optimisation of resources and investments deployed with customers.
  • Conduct regular, structured visits to your customers and report your activity using CRM. Maintain and update customer database information, ensuring all customers are correctly recorded and informed.
  • Ensure visibility of Campari France portfolio brands using general point-of-sale (POS) materials or specific displays.
  • Organize in-store activations and tastings with the wholesale sales team to reinforce promotional programs and Campari France brands.
  • Monitor competitors and provide regular reports to your manager. Comply with business and marketing budgets and expenses entrusted to you.
  • Actively and constructively participate in all commercial meetings and training sessions organized by the Regional Director or Campari France.
  • Use the CRM at every meeting, particularly to record product availability and observed pricing, in order to generate valuable data for managing our activity.

Requirements

  • Experience in the beverage industry and in the prescriber/on-trade channel.
  • Curiosity and empathy.
  • Strong product knowledge.
  • Methodical approach and proven sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently while respecting established guidelines.
  • Rigor and attention to detail.
