Channel & Customer Marketing Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure that commercial objectives for the on-trade & off-trade channels, brand and customer KPIs (including: Sales, Profitability, Market Share) are achieved.
- Win at the point of sale by delivering a superior consumer experience to increase brand effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to execution KPIs (including: bar displays, menu listings, speed/quality of execution, positive customer feedback).
- Activation excellence: plan, lead and manage the overall execution of the brand activation calendar in line with the MWB and support project planning.
- Customize and implement tailored programs (according to brand guidelines).
- Brand-themed activities: Sundowners, Pool Parties, Cocktail Week, etc.
- Plan, lead and execute the bar staff training calendar for the portfolio.
- Ensure the training and development of the execution team through hands-on training.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in On/Off trade commerce - Key Account Sales, Retail Sales, Brand Management or Trade Activation (2-6 years).
- Demonstrated experience managing expense budgets, procurement and relationships with both agencies and clients.
- Master’s degree with a relevant focus preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams and to influence stakeholders.
- Experience managing large cross-functional commercial projects is desirable.
- Strong relationships within the On-Premise community and among bartenders.
- Knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry, regulatory environment and communication guidelines.
- Ability to network and build strong relationships.
