About the role

  • Drive sustainable sales growth and market share expansion within the Asia Global Travel Retail channel.
  • Build partnerships with key retailers, airports, and distributors to ensure brand visibility and profitability.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
  • Manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts with duty-free operators and airport authorities.
  • Expand Campari’s footprint in strategic hubs and secure new concession opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams on product launches for travel retail.
  • Ensure premium brand visibility and optimize trade marketing initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability for the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of commercial experience in FMCG, luxury, or spirits industry, with at least 5 years in travel retail.
  • Proven track record in sales growth, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the Asia GTR landscape and airport concession dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional Asian languages a plus.
