About the role

  • Gain hands-on experience in HR Technology & AI by supporting cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Experiment with AI tools, test system workflows, and document processes
  • Work closely with the HR Technology team and internal stakeholders across functions
  • Spend significant time learning, experimenting, and growing understanding of how technology enables HR processes

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest in HR technology or digital tools through academic coursework, personal projects, self-study, certifications (e.g., basic data analytics, AI fundamentals), or involvement in tech-related student organizations
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR, IT support, or technology-related roles is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of how business systems and workflows operate
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for data handling, basic analysis, and reporting
  • PowerPoint proficiency for creating documentation or presentations
  • Curiosity about or basic exposure to HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems) and how they support HR operations
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) and understand basic concepts such as prompting, use cases, and limitations
  • Ability to follow test scripts, identify inconsistencies, and clearly document test results and observations
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, navigate unfamiliar systems, and apply logical thinking to troubleshoot issues
