About the role

  • Monitor plant performance and support ongoing operational challenges
  • Manage daily activities and contribute to specific site-level projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with a hands-on approach, fully integrated into Supply Chain routines
  • Interact with Plant Leadership and Regional/Global stakeholders at Campari HQ, as part of the Global FP&A team
  • Support the preparation and management of plant financial forecasts (Budget, Revised Budget)
  • Contribute to month-end closing activities
  • Produce periodic reporting, KPIs, and statistical analyses
  • Assist in variance analysis and performance reviews
  • Support asset management processes
  • Perform tasks and activities within the SAP environment
  • Identify and propose improvements to plant management processes and organizational procedures
  • Ensure effective and timely information flow between the Plant and Administration functions
  • Participate in key strategic projects as the FP&A representative

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering
  • Demonstrated interest in Finance and Supply Chain through academic coursework, projects, internships, case studies in collaboration with manufacturing companies
  • Previous internship or work experience in a relevant field is considered a plus
  • Basic understanding of supply chain flows and performance metrics (KPI)
  • Proficiency with the Office suite and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and sense of ownership
