About the role
- Oversee the lifecycle of global applications in Logistics, Customer Service, and Procurement areas
- Ensure system availability, reliability and business adoption
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and system evolutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead IT projects related to application’s global rollout, upgrades, integrations, and migrations
- Maintain accurate documentation of application architecture, configurations, and procedures
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met
Requirements
- 5+ years in similar roles within multinational or consulting environments
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
- Certifications such as ITIL v4, Agile are considered advantageous
- Fluent English – Required for global collaboration
- Italian – Preferred for local engagement
- Third European language – A plus for broader communication
