About the role

  • Provide first-level support for the SAP SD module, addressing user queries and resolving incidents
  • Develop and deliver training focused on SAP SD functionalities
  • Gain deep knowledge of SAP Fiori, focusing on its application in SD
  • Actively work within a DevOps framework, collaborating closely with both development and operational teams about streamline processes
  • Manage and resolve incidents and problems related to SAP SD
  • Participate in the rollout and testing of new features and enhancements, focusing on SAP Fiori within SAP SD
  • Continuously learn and develop skills in SAP SD and Fiori, participating in training and certification programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent understanding of the SAP SD module
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as an SAP service owner, gained through roles in support or project environments, is highly valuable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented DevOps environment
  • Proactive learning attitude towards new technologies, especially in SAP SD and Fiori
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic organizational structure.
