About the role
- You support our clients in the administration and operation of M365 topics such as Azure, Teams, Power Platform, SharePoint, or Copilot Agents.
- You are responsible for ensuring that implemented systems and custom developments run reliably in the long term after go-live.
- You embed working methods and technologies in a sustainable way.
- As a problem solver, you share your knowledge in a solution-oriented manner on complex issues (2nd and 3rd level support).
- You are the primary point of contact for our clients and help them optimally manage and govern the digital workplace.
- You ensure quality and optimize technical processes and the performance of the environment.
Requirements
- University degree (e.g., in (business) informatics) or a completed vocational training in IT — career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome
- Enthusiasm for IT innovations and technology trends in the Microsoft ecosystem, for example cloud platforms like Microsoft 365 or Azure
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- SharePoint
- Teams and Teams telephony
- Copilot Agents
- Prior experience in support is desirable
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Analytical skills, initiative and enjoyment of collaboration — both within the team and with our clients
