About the role
- You are a consultant who supports IT initiatives and helps clients with their IT transformation.
- You act as the interface between business and IT, understanding the requirements of both sides and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of roll-out projects and IT transformations.
- You identify opportunities and risks during requirements workshops with clients and through collaboration with colleagues at Campana & Schott.
- You coordinate teams, clients, IT service providers and partners through efficient, end-to-end project governance and balanced change management.
- You contribute to the development of innovative concepts and future services for our clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or (Business) Informatics/Computer Science
- Initial methodological knowledge of project management and practical experience, e.g., in a student consultancy, as an intern, or as an entry-level employee in an IT or corporate environment
- Basic professional experience in IT project management and an interest in IT areas such as IT modernization, IT applications, IT processes, IT governance, or cloud
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Strong communication skills, self-initiative, and enjoyment of collaborative work — both within teams and with clients
