About the role
- You will strategically develop the Industry Cluster Life Sciences & Healthcare (BioTech, MedTech and Pharma) and position Campana & Schott as a leading management and technology consultancy in the sector.
- You will leverage your existing network in the industry to generate leads, approach clients and drive business development.
- You will strategically grow long-term partnerships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- You will identify opportunities for our clients and win them over with tailored consulting solutions.
- You will quickly familiarize yourself with our diverse portfolio of services and, thanks to your experience and subject-matter expertise, successfully place these with measurable impact for clients.
- You will actively contribute your knowledge of relevant industry trends and topics to our consulting services and help shape our positioning in the Life Sciences & Healthcare market.
- As a team player, you will work closely with our consultants, inside sales and marketing teams, and management to develop bespoke client solutions.
Requirements
- University degree, e.g. in Business, Pharmacoeconomics/Pharmaceutical Economics, Natural Sciences, Engineering or IT
- Several years of experience in sales of consulting or professional services with a clear focus on the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector
- A well-established network in the industry and a deep understanding of its challenges, trends and regulatory framework
- Proven track record in acquiring new clients, developing customer relationships and building strategic partnerships
- Strong communication and persuasion skills and a confident presence at decision-maker level
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel across Germany and enthusiasm for on-site client work
