About the role

  • You drive large-scale infrastructure projects forward for various client companies in both operational and strategic roles.
  • You identify opportunities and actively contribute in requirements workshops with clients as well as through collaboration with your colleagues at Campana & Schott.
  • You coordinate and manage external stakeholders and consistently monitor costs, schedules and quality using various tools.
  • You work cross-functionally both internally and externally on our client projects.

Requirements

  • University degree (Diploma or Master’s), e.g., in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Methodological knowledge and initial practical experience in project management and/or in the planning/execution of construction projects, e.g., through internships
  • Basic experience using project management software, e.g., MS Project
  • Strong quality and cost awareness as well as coordination skills
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills, initiative and enjoyment of collaboration—within the team and with clients
  • Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for working on-site at client locations.
