About the role

  • You support our Account Managers in the DACH region in day-to-day operations and actively contribute to the efficient organization of our sales processes.
  • When creating and adapting proposal documents, you ensure our Account Managers can respond to customer requests quickly and with excellent quality.
  • You conduct research on customers and technology trends and prepare management presentations.
  • By handling tender and bid management, you actively drive the company's success.
  • You professionally guide our customers through their customer journey using our CRM.
  • As a team player, you work closely with colleagues from our Microsoft Alliance Management and the Inside Sales team.

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training or a university degree, e.g., in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Initial professional experience in a similar role
  • Strong service and customer orientation with a high level of quality awareness and attention to detail
  • Very confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of a CRM system
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills, initiative and enjoyment of collaboration — both within the team and with customers
