About the role
- You support our Account Managers in the DACH region in day-to-day operations and actively contribute to the efficient organization of our sales processes.
- When creating and adapting proposal documents, you ensure our Account Managers can respond to customer requests quickly and with excellent quality.
- You conduct research on customers and technology trends and prepare management presentations.
- By handling tender and bid management, you actively drive the company's success.
- You professionally guide our customers through their customer journey using our CRM.
- As a team player, you work closely with colleagues from our Microsoft Alliance Management and the Inside Sales team.
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training or a university degree, e.g., in Business Administration or Marketing
- Initial professional experience in a similar role
- Strong service and customer orientation with a high level of quality awareness and attention to detail
- Very confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of a CRM system
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written
- Strong communication skills, initiative and enjoyment of collaboration — both within the team and with customers
