About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for the GHAI Overdose Prevention Initiative.
  • Process and track invoices, vendor payments, contract and expense reporting.
  • Organize logistics for in-state and D.C. based meetings and events which includes making travel arrangements, securing travel visas and managing invitations.
  • Manage the schedule for the AVP of Overdose Prevention.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years’ experience in operations or accounting.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; team-oriented environment while juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and work independently.
  • Experience working at the international level and in cross-cultural settings a plus.
  • Fluency in English required and the ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency with entire Microsoft Office 365, advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Experience with Raisers Edge, and SAP Concur Expense Management System preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
