About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for delivering on revenue targets by managing existing accounts in your territory.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to drive value and retain customers.
  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business drivers and challenges.
  • Establish strategic advisor relationships with customers.
  • Proactively offer strategic insights and solutions to solve customer challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of products for accounts.
  • Communicate customer needs internally with Product to influence future enhancements.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends by attending events and trade shows.
  • Consistently log activities and track sales opportunities in CRM system (Salesforce).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years relevant experience as a seasoned sales and customer success professional in SaaS B2B sales and customer success.
  • Understanding of the complexity of charter sales operations.
  • Knowledge of FAR part 91 and 135 regulations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, AI-powered productivity tools, and other business applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or experience commensurate with job expectations.
