About the role

Play a vital role in ensuring our members' success by guiding them through the onboarding process
Help implement our services and ensure operational goals are met
Optimize product utilization and guarantee customer satisfaction
Educate customers through demos, webinars, and training sessions
Provide exceptional service and assist with troubleshooting during onboarding
Actively seek customer feedback for product development
Generate ideas and find solutions for customer issues

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4+ years relevant experience in fintech and/or payments and banking
Background or exposure to managing multiple priorities and resources at one time, working with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities
Technical aptitude – understands iteration and learning for product development
Strong experience designing and supporting digital onboarding journeys, familiarity with tools for automated workflows and customer engagement
Ability to communicate complex technical features in simple terms
Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand different customers' pain points and solve them
Experience in the aviation industry is a great advantage
