About the role

  • Play a vital role in ensuring our members' success by guiding them through the onboarding process
  • Help implement our services and ensure operational goals are met
  • Optimize product utilization and guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Educate customers through demos, webinars, and training sessions
  • Provide exceptional service and assist with troubleshooting during onboarding
  • Actively seek customer feedback for product development
  • Generate ideas and find solutions for customer issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4+ years relevant experience in fintech and/or payments and banking
  • Background or exposure to managing multiple priorities and resources at one time, working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities
  • Technical aptitude – understands iteration and learning for product development
  • Strong experience designing and supporting digital onboarding journeys, familiarity with tools for automated workflows and customer engagement
  • Ability to communicate complex technical features in simple terms
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand different customers' pain points and solve them
  • Experience in the aviation industry is a great advantage
