• Assist our Strategic partners with software support requests
• Work with campground and resort staff on inbound call/email questions
• Master the ‘ins and outs’ of the Campspot reservation software
• Courteously share expertise with campground management and staff via phone, email, and remote desktop demonstration
• Serve as a primary point of contact for strategic customers
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, goals, and challenges
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
• Manage and own a queue of strategic account support tickets
• Proactively address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns
