About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct organizational assessments, design and implement development programs, and provide expertise in change management.
- Develop change management plans, assess change readiness, engage staff in change projects, and monitor progress.
- Apply tools and frameworks for leadership development, talent management, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Cultivate a supportive environment and align organizational strategies with the unique needs of mental health care professionals.
- Develop and collect engagement data across the organization and help leaders support a healthy team culture, including psychological safety in the workplace.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Graduate degree preferred
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred
- Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in progressive Change Management experience, or 5+ years of Organizational Development experience with an emphasis on change management
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience facilitating all levels of leaders and staff through complex issues
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
