About the role

  • Perform operations (financial obligations, reports, measurements, general file retrieval, etc.) in the SCDE and CliqCCEE systems;
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing and consolidating information related to billing for energy purchases and sales, controlling discrepancies and adjusting processes;
  • Assist in analysis of customer seasonality and send findings to the counterpart within established deadlines;
  • Manage consumers and generators in the Free Energy Market (Mercado Livre de Energia);
  • Support the preparation of spreadsheets and various controls for ongoing processes;
  • Assist with data entry into systems;
  • Follow up and liaise with third parties to resolve outstanding issues;
  • Complete documents, spreadsheets and forms;
  • Monitor and update internal processes and the operational changes required to adapt the company to the Free Energy Market;
  • Provide support to Free Energy Market clients to answer questions and update status.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative and organizational activities.
  • Currently enrolled in or completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or courses related to the Energy sector.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and organizing demands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Problem-solving focus.
  • Proactive in suggesting process improvements.
  • Previous experience in the Energy sector.
  • Interest in the Free Energy Market and Energy Management.
