About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Carrying out service and maintenance activities for our enterprise customer base.
Installing, servicing, and maintaining vehicle CCTV, blind spot detection systems, vehicle safety systems, fleet tracking and telematics solutions across commercial and light-duty vehicles.
Developing a strong understanding of CameraMatics products and how they add value to our customers’ businesses.
Managing and maintaining van stock holdings effectively.
Supporting auditing and quality control processes to ensure high installation and service standards.
Delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
Working independently using your own initiative, while also contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
Maintaining clear and professional written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with automotive electrical 12VDC and 24VDC systems.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive electrical testing and installation.
Experience working in customer-facing roles.
HGV/LCV experience and a genuine passion for working with vehicles.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A proactive, motivated, and customer-focused approach.
