Sales Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive New Business Growth: Execute targeted, outbound prospecting and account penetration strategies to generate qualified sales opportunities
- Qualify and Nurture Leads: Engage and develop leads (inbound and outbound) through multi-channel outreach including social selling, cold calls, email sequences, and event follow-up
- Master the Lead Lifecycle: Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of the lead generation process, supporting marketing activities and ensuring a seamless, qualified handoff to an Account Executive
- Diligently Follow Up: Conduct persistent follow-up calls and emails until meetings are successfully set
- Contribute to Sales Strategy: Share valuable market insights and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack by learning from our well-seasoned sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native in Portuguese and fully proficient in English (C1/C2 level) for clear business communication
- 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Development, BDR, or similar outbound commercial role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
- Experience working directly with B2B clients in Brazil
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You have a way with words and can write compelling email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Experience working with HR & Learning Development teams or for a learning, e-learning, HR software, or wellbeing company
