About the role
- Own Cambium's long-term financial strategy and scalable FP&A processes
- Transition the finance org from 'accounting-heavy' to 'intelligence-heavy'
- Work with CEO on financial diligence for upcoming funding rounds
- Oversee financial evaluation for potential strategic acquisitions
- Design and execute capital strategy including multi-layered capital stack
Requirements
- Proven, multi-exit or multi-stage CFO with experience through Series B and beyond
- Metrics-driven, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in fast-paced startup environments
- Strong executive presence, able to translate complex financial concepts for stakeholders
- Led or played a lead role in capital raises greater than $50M
- Experience working in both physical and digital product realms
- Leadership style aligned with values of extreme ownership, exceptional execution, and people first
