About the role
- Provide high quality support for operational service delivery and/or new feature development for a high-availability software system
- Effectively triage and troubleshoot helpdesk case escalations
- Answer client inquiries about system behavior
- Manage operational schedules under the supervision of a senior tech PM
- Create detailed Jira tickets to capture issues
- Draft detailed deployment plans under the supervision of a senior tech PM
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Master's degree in progress is a plus
- Exceptional data-based skills and demonstrated aptitude to learn basic SQL preferred
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with software such as Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, Git, Bitbucket, and Octopus is desired
- Some experience with software development lifecycle, general project management methods
